2) To avoid reservation cancellation, this form must be completed and submitted no later than seven (7) days prior to your scheduled event. By completing this form, you will also receive an E-mail confirmation or phone call from the TCPL for any scheduled meetings. This submitted document will be relied upon in the event there are any sort of discrepancy.
3) Meeting rooms are provided FREE OF CHARGE FOR NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS ONLY.
4) The library does not provide technical assistance.
5) The organization/person in charge is responsible for setting-up the room and returning it back to its original condition.
6) Supplies will be provided by the organization using the room. No TCPL supplies will be used by the organization.
