VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Below are the volunteer opportunities available. Please mark any/all opportunities you are interested in. More specific information/instructions will be provided to you about your assignment(s) closer to the event.

Pre-Event Setup: Moving tables, chairs, facilitating arrival/setup of vendors

1:30-2:30pm

Sign-in Tables: Help get attendees and guests signed-into the event. Three people are needed at each table for 1.5-hour shifts.

5:30-7:00pm

7:00-8:30pm (this shift will also help with clean-up)

Traffic Control: Monitor the capacity of the parking lot, direct drivers to other parking locations off-site.
