  • How it works: $10 handling per 1kg of mail/packages + Courier postage, deducted from your credit balance.
  • Credit packs: $15, $30, or $50 (invoiced upfront; credits remain on your account until used).
  • How to request Forwarding: Just reply to your mail notification email and say “Please forward.”
  • Timing: Forwarding requests are dispatched on the next business day or as requested. 
  • Approval: A photo of the addressed item will be sent to you for approval before sending
  • Top-ups: We’ll let you know when your balance is low so you can purchase another credit pack.

  1. Service Scope

    • Mail forwarding is offered as an optional add-on to your Personal Mailing Address or Virtual Office service.

    • Forwarding is available within Australia only.

  2. Handling & Postage

    • A handling fee of $10 per forwarded item applies, in addition to actual postage charges.

    • Postage is deducted from your prepaid mail credit balance. You must maintain sufficient credit for forwarding requests to be processed.

  3. Dispatch Schedule

    • Mail is forwarded either on the next business day after your request, or the date requested.

  4. Customer Responsibilities

    • You are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date forwarding address.

    • Salt Space is not responsible for delays, loss, or misdelivery of mail caused by incorrect addresses provided by you.

    • You are responsible for notifying Salt Space of any change of forwarding address in writing (email).

  5. Liability & Risk

    • Once mail has been lodged with Australia Post (or other carrier as agreed), Salt Space accepts no liability for delays, loss, damage, theft, or non-delivery.

    • Salt Space is not liable for any consequential loss, business interruption, or damages resulting from missing, delayed, or misdirected mail.

    • Salt Space does not accept or forward parcels or oversized items unless agreed in advance.

  6. Unclaimed / Insufficient Credit

    • If you do not maintain sufficient mail credit, forwarding will not occur until credit is topped up.

  7. Indemnity

    • By using this service, you agree to indemnify and hold Salt Space harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the handling or forwarding of your mail.
