Hi everyone! We are super jazzed to through this awesome festival this for the fourth year. Last time we had 1800+ attendees and we're hoping to do that again or better. This festival is a great opportunity to showcase your products and/or skills with the local Corvallis community. From what I have heard from other vendors, it's an easy place to make a good buck!
Let's get some basic information out of the way...
Date: September 28th (Saturday)
Time: 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm (we'd like vendors to show up early enough to setup before 2)
Location: Bruce Starker Arts Park, Corvallis OR

Next lets talk about requirements and restrictions...
Vendor Fee / Booth Fee / Table Fee: Half of the vendor fee will be paid back to you upon arrival at the event. This is to prevent the mountain of last minute cancellations we had last year. To set up a table at our festival, a $30 initial payment must be made. Again, $15 will be returned to you at the event. After filling this form and you are accepted to vend for this year, we will contact you regarding payment. Down payments will be returned in either cash or Venmo.
Setup / What to bring: We ask that nobody's booth exceed the size of a square canopy. There can be exceptions to this, but you need to talk with us and have it approved. So, please don't show up with a giant airstream and try to park it at our venue!! This is a grass roots festival, meaning, we don't have our own infrastructure for you guys. So, bring everything you need (chairs, tables, shade, lights, etc.). We highly recommend bringing your own canopy or coordinating with another vendor to share one. It could rain or it could be really hot (its Oregon). I will make a group chat so this coordination can be done once we have enough vendors signed up.
Is this event right for me?
This is the fourth annual festival. Last time we had 1800+ attendees, and this time were promoting it better. So, hopefully we'll get even more people. Summer's End typically has a college age crowd, although we are making efforts to reach out to more people of different ages and backgrounds. Keep that in mind if your products are very expensive, college kids don't usually carry a lot of money. We have 7 bands playing, 4 of them local to the Corvallis / Eugene area. The other 2 are from Utah, but are super active in our music community and have toured down here many times. The genre of music ranges from Indie Rock, Alternative Rock, Folk Rock, to Psychedelic Rock.
