Report an Issue
Although no one expects to experience a  problem with their newly installed roof, from time-to-time issues do occur. We stand by our product and when an issue arises, we are committed to helping you process any appropriate warranty claims as quickly as possible.

To start out, it is important for you to understand the different types of roof warranties and how they work. Knowing what kind of protection homeowners can expect from a roof warranty and how to avoid voiding it is a complicated question, but one that can save you a lot of trouble down the line.

There are manufacturer warranties that cover the materials themselves, and there are workmanship warranties offered by the roofing contractors that install the work.  By answering a few simple questions below, you can help us better understand the problem you are experiencing and whether the claim is covered under your manufacturer's or contractor's warranty.

Please note that when Hurricane Ian made landfall on the West Coast of Florida on September 28th, it brought with it catastrophic conditions that have caused devastating damage across much of the state.  While we are committed to responding to all Reported Issues, lead times are currently longer than normal.
