The AfterMath (formerly Aftermath Aftercare) provides before and after school care to students in local schools Monday-Friday. The AfterMath provides students with a safe, structured, learning environment. Our program promotes individual & group activities. Students engage in various educational programs, energizing physical activities & Fun-time Friday Activities as incentives. Come & be a part of The AfterMath Experience.

AfterMath Impact is an affordable extended care program that guarantees student success by giving students a structured environment with professional staff. Aftermath Impact gives students time to work on homework, study, and collaborate with classmates in a quiet area specifically designated for homework, reading, and studying. Students will participate weekly in character building activities, P.E., educational computer activities such as IREADY, Smarty Ants, Starfall & Reading A-Z. Students are rewarded weekly for exhibiting model behavior with “Funtime Friday” activities. We are excited that you have chosen The AfterMath.
 You will receive an email to set up your parent portal & complete the registration process 48-72 hours after submitting your initial enrollment form. 
NOTE: DEPOSITS ARE DUE AT TIME OF ENROLLMENT. AFTERMATH CANNOT HOLD SPACES WITHOUT DEPOSIT.

Upon registration of my child in The AfterMath, I agree to pay weekly payment in full according to the payment policy: 
We agree to the following policies:

All payments are due on Mondays (current week).

All payments made after 11:59 p.m. on Monday will incur a $5 late fee and everyday thereafter until account is paid in full.
 
A $25 charge will be automatically posted on your account for all NSF/returned check or declined credit card transactions. THIS FEE ALSO APPLIES TO LOCKED CARDS. It is your responsibility to unlike your card prior to posting of your payment. 

A $1 per minute late fee will be imposed for students who are picked up after 6pm.

AfterMath will not prorate weekly fees for snow/inclement weather/half days or absences. 

If your child does not attend AfterMath your weekly payment is still due, unless you fill out a vacation/absence request 1 week prior to his/her absence.

Registration fees are non-refundable and are due upon enrollment. PLEASE DO NOT FILL OUT THIS FORM IF YOU ARE NOT SURE IF YOUR CHILD IS STARTING.
