After-School Activities Online Registration: Fall 2019
Thank you for your interest in our After School Activities Program!

Please submit a separate registration form for each child. Payments may be made online or by check made out to Westlake Academy.

All registrations must be completed online. Payment must be received in the PYP or Secondary offices by September 10th in order to begin the program.

If you wish to “un-enroll” your child for a class please contact the After School Activities Coordinator immediately.

Once final rosters are made for activities, you will be responsible for payment.

Classes will not be prorated for beginning late or missing classes.

If registration exceeds the maximum number of students for a class, the class will be removed from the list. If you would like your child to be added to a waiting list for that class, please contact Ms. Maru.

Please note that there is a minimum enrollment required for MOST activities. We will notify you if an activity does not reach minimum enrollment.
