Lights On Rice Parade: Application Form
Thank you for your interest in being a float during the Lights On Rice Parade on Friday, December 5, 2025.

Applications are first come, first serve. We have a limit of 65 entries for the parade. Once all 65 entry slots are filled, you will be notified and be put on a wait list in case an entry drops out.

Please fill out the information below so we can process your information. Deadline is November 1st or until all spaces filled. 

Entry Fee: $50 for nonprofit organizations, $100 for for-profit entities.  No charge for schools and government entities.

For safety precautions, anything distributed to audience must be handed out by marchers and not thrown from the vehicle. *
Mandatory meeting for participants, one representative needed. Friday, November 14, 5pm, at Vidinha Stadium south side of parking lot (closest to Rice Street). *
Staging Information
Friday, December 5, 2025:   Entries must arrive between 3:00pm and 5:30pm in Staging area at Vidinha Stadium Parking Lot (south entrance - nearest Rice Street). Check-in at the center lane of the parking lot, where you will receive your number and be directed to your staging area. 

Participant parking and drop off is located at the North end (closest to the soccer field) of the Vidinha Stadium Parking Lot. 
General Waiver and Release
In consideration for the acceptance of our entry into the Lights On Rice Parade and event, and as the person responsible for its entry, individuals in the organization acknowledge that we will be participating in the parade and event at our own risk and responsibility. The Parents/guardians of children fully understand that participation in this event may expose them to the risk of personal injury, death or property damage and therefore, they will voluntarily allow their children to participate and agree to assume any such risk. The undersigned and the participants have agreed to hereby release, discharge and hold harmless, the Rotary Club of Kauai Foundation, Rotary Club of Kauai, County of Kauai, State of Hawaii and their subsidiaries, affiliated officers, directors, employees, agents, and community volunteers and supporters from and against any and all claims, expenses, damages, losses, arising out of or resulting from participation in the Rotary Club of Kauai Foundation Lights on Rice Parade.
