Food Vendor & Food Truck - Grilled Cheese Festival Application
CALLING ALL CHEFS! Join us for the 2021 Atlanta Grilled Cheese Festival on Saturday, September 11th at Atlantic Station. Food Vendors* will participate in the overall Grilled Cheese Competition, in addition to selling menu items of your choosing (exceptions apply).

*FOOD TRUCKS and BEVERAGE/DESSERT VENDORS are NOT required to participate in the overall competition, but are invited to participate

HOW IT WORKS
• Grilled Cheese Vendors* will participate in the overall competition, with the option to serve additional menu items.
• Grilled Cheese Vendors* must provide 1,000 samples of their featured grilled cheese (Sample = 1/4 Sandwich). All attendees will receive 3 sampling tickets each (1 ticket = 1 sample). Vendors will be paid $1 by the festival for every sampling ticket they receive. Tickets will be collected at the end of the festival and an invoice will be signed onsite. Payment will be processed within 30 days.
• Grilled Cheese vendors may choose to offer other menu items and keep 100% of the profits. We recommend pricing items between $2-$5 per item. Vendors are responsible for processing their own payments (cash, credit card, etc.) for any menu items sold.

VENDOR PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
• Grilled Cheese Vendors AND Food Trucks must feature one grilled cheese sandwich that contains at least three ingredients; a type of bread, a type of cheese, and one more item.
• Grilled Cheese Vendors* must provide 1,000 samples of their featured grilled cheese (Sample = 1/4 Sandwich)
• Grilled Cheese Vendors AND Food Trucks must provide your own equipment, tent, staff, paper goods, etc. (Unless prior arrangements have been made with festival organizers)
• Grilled Cheese Vendors AND Food Trucks are not permitted to sell water or alcoholic beverages.
• Grilled Cheese Vendors are not permitted to use fryers or trap grease unless using in a self contained food truck.
• All vendors must arrive by 10:30am to set up their booth area. All stations must be ready to serve from 12:00pm - 6:00pm (or as long as your 1000+ sandwiches last)!

We will review and confirm your participation. Then you will receive an electronic invoice that you will pay via credit card within 48 hours of receipt. This will confirm your spot and your business will be included on our website and social media posts to get everyone hyped up for the event!
