Thank you for joining us at Frostbite! for our 6th Annual Winter Gathering. Some things are new, and some are unchanged so read each section carefully. We have a returning volunteer, Shelly Prince, who is a student from Burman University and she will coordinate the on-site events. Samantha is back again this year, handling the registration process, eTransfers and money related issues.

There are tons of great sessions to sign up for, from crafting traditional tumplines to creating delicious camp food to building and hauling winter toboggans! If you are curious about what you are signing up for, check out the Frostbite! Symposium website to read the descriptions.

Again this year we have the 'take a break' option in our registration choices. Frostbite! gets busy but don't forget to take a break, let yourself recharge or chat with the other unique and talented individuals around you.

New this year is a payment deadline to hold your spot in classes. We will hold your spot in classes for 48 hours without payment, however once that time is up you will need to re-register.

During the weekend there will be 4 sessions, each running up to 4 hours in length. Some workshops start halfway through the session block so ensure you are double checking your start times so you don't miss it! During each session you will be able to select one activity in which to participate. If there are extra costs with the session the price will be shown, if there is no price shown, then it is free. Evenings will include additional roundtable discussions, a keynote presentation, gear sale, musical jam sessions and more.

Meal Service: Once again we are offering additional meals on an advance purchase basis. The camp kitchen facility provides delicious vegetarian meals. Meal tickets will be issued when you check-in. Remember that Saturday Supper is included in your registration fees. *
Registration Process
Your registration will be complete once we have received this completed form, your registration fees of $65.00/person and any additional lodging or meal related fees. Registrations that remain unpaid after 48 hours will be cancelled.

Course materials fees should be paid directly to the instructor upon arrival in the course. Please bring CASH for payment of course materials fees.

Refund Policy:
Lodging, meal and registration fees are refundable, minus a $10.00 processing fee/transaction.
Please ensure your total is correct as this applies for e-transfer refunds due to overpayment.
No refunds will be available after 20 December 2019
