專題演講1:Self-Construction in the Work Life Task: Contribution and Equality(自我建構與工作生命任務:貢獻與平等)
簡介:
Postmodern theories of career development call for idiosyncratic ways of delivering career services. Individual Psychology provides a foundation for helping people adjust to the modern work world. Assisting people to learn the self-constructed lifestyle, and apply those concepts to work life is a key element in adjustment and adaptability. The 21st century work environment requires adaptability, meaning-making, and identity formation skills. Through use of early memory and narrative story techniques, counselors help clients reorganize and co-construct a new self-narrative for career. This narrative provides a guide for the individual to understand and practice contributory equality in the workplace.

專題演講2:平等的勇氣:從家庭星座說起(The Courage for Equality:The Working of Family Constellation)
簡介:
阿德勒心理學主張個體是社會整體的一部分,對歸屬的渴望是人努力的自然目標。當個體能用勇氣和社會情懷達履行生命任務(工作、愛、社會關係、自我接納、與世共處)時,隸屬感和意義就會產生。然而,對許多人而言,走向歸屬感的路充滿著困難。大部分的衝突可歸因於缺乏平等的文化環境所造就的講求比較競爭、支配和控制、偏見和歧視的生命觀。 更甚者,「與自己和他人競爭以獲取成功」或「比別人更好」的態度會造成人與人間之不和睦及社會歧視和壓迫的問題。
社會平等是解決歸屬問題的方法。其實平等是一個心理建構:平等的勇氣就是面對不友善的環境,或其他優越者試圖否定我們的平等地位時,仍然具有自我肯定的勇氣。家是一個人最早的社會團體。他/她在家庭中的地位、家人互動、及生命早期經驗會構成的一個人的認知信念、態度、特質及生命風格,因此家也是培養一個個體對平等的自覺,認知和行動的最佳時候和場所。

工作坊1:Adlerian Techniques in Self-Construction: Integrating the Work, Social, and Intimacy Tasks(阿德勒導向自我建構諮商技術:工作、人際、親密生命任務的統合)
簡介:
Based in Individual Psychology, narrative techniques provide a rich source of self-constructed knowledge and lifestyle information. This lifestyle permeates all the life tasks and forms the foundation of the individual’s identity and way of being in the world. In this workshop, participants will learn techniques to foster self-construction stories for aiding clients in understanding the lifestyle. Additionally, participants will learn how to construct, deconstruct, and co-construct lifestyle stories to bring new awareness to the client. This awareness will highlight adaptive, meaning making, and identity strategies for the client to apply to the life tasks.

工作坊2:Addiction: From Stigmatization to True Healing(成癮:從污名化到療癒)
簡介:
Addiction related problems are increasing globally as they are in Taiwan and yet specific treatment options for those suffering from addictive disorders are not available. In Taiwan as with other countries, addiction problems are often punished without treatment. For most this approach only makes the problem worse and individuals, family and society continue to suffer the consequences. Treatment for addiction is cost effective but due to societal stigmatization and a misunderstanding of addiction, treatment options do not exist. This workshop will provide participants a basic understanding of addiction from an Adlerian perspective and provide information as to a path for obtaining certification for treating addictions.

工作坊3:阿德勒取向的遊戲溝通(Adlerian Based Play and Communication)
簡介:
表達性治療是現今心理諮商實務界的潮流,阿德勒學派治療師在收集相關資料進行生命風格分析時,可以透過設計過的表達性遊戲媒材使用,幫助兒童、青少年及其家庭做有效且具體的表達與溝通。本工作坊將介紹以阿德勒理論為本所設計的相關媒材,例如:探索心遊戲盤、童年遊戲卡、百變情緒卡、好德卡、娃娃版屋家等遊戲媒材,及其如何應用於兒童青少年實務上,來幫助家庭氣氛、家庭價值、早期經驗等資料的收集與瞭解。
