Important note: Our coordination and project management team is made up of volunteers who generously dedicate their free time to responding to emails and organising interpreters. Because of this, our availability can vary, and we are unable to accept last-minute requests. To give us enough time to review your request, follow up with you, and coordinate everything smoothly, we kindly ask you to submit your request at least 3 weeks in advance of your event. For more complex events (e.g. involving multiple languages), additional lead time is highly appreciated.
