Should we require submission of a 5-page paper for oral presentations instead of an abstract?
For future med2 conferences, in order to raise the quality of oral presentations, we are considering to require submission of a 5-page paper instead of a short abstract to be eligible for a full oral presentation (abstracts are sufficient for a poster presentation). Do you think this is a good idea even if it means less oral presentations and more work for reviewers and presenters?
