Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Spaces in the Clinic are on a first-in first-served basis, with your spot confirmed by a non-refundable deposit, due at time of booking. Final payment is due 4 weeks prior to the clinic date (we will send a reminder and final details/what to bring etc.).

If we have to cancel the clinic due to being under minimum numbers, we will refund deposits in full.
