THE PARENTS’ ASSOCIATION OF CISTERCIAN COLLEGE
Dear Parents/Guardians,
As a Parents’ Association Committee, we need to be able to contact and inform parents about events, meetings, sharing information and as otherwise in accordance with the role of the Association as set down in the Education Act, 1998.
However, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), means we must have your permission to collect, retain and use your personal data for the purposes set out above.
We will only keep your details for the period that you are a member of the Parent’s Association, but you can ask us to remove your details at any time. We will not share your data.
To ensure the Parents’ Association Committee are compliant with GDPR we have a number of standard questions which we are required to ask of you:
