Mahopac Central School District "K-12 School Health and Wellness Council" Membership Application 2020-2023.
Our K-12 School Health and Wellness Council meets three to four times per year over the course of a three-year term. The goal of the council is to bring members of the school and community together to identify and discuss health issues that affect our students. The council helps to guide health education program decisions by making recommendations to the Superintendent of Schools. The council may also be called upon to discuss and make recommendations with regard to other health-related areas such as school lunch/nutrition, employee wellness, school health services, and student support services. Please complete the form below by Tuesday. December 1, 2020 if you are interested in serving on our K-12 Health and Wellness Council during the 2020-2023 term.
