Porterville College Learning Center Tutoring Referral Form
Thank you for your interest in receiving tutoring from the Learning Center. Please fill out the below form. In order for a student to receive tutoring services in the Porterville College Learning Center, State Education Code {Title 5, Section 58170(e)} requires students be referred by their instructor or counselor based on an identified learning need. Once you complete the form, your instructor will be contacted to fill out a faculty/counselor referral form for Learning Center services.
