Please check the Hub Calendar before making your booking to ensure your booking won't clash with another event: https://tinyurl.com/yccnxvje . We ask that all requests for space- even the free "whatever is available"- be logged via this form so that we have a record of the venue's use.

Our large open plan hall is roughly divided into three spaces:
-the 'relax' space - a chill-out zone that cannot be booked, so it is always available for members to pop by, have a cuppa and a chat
-two multi-use spaces - one in the middle of the hall, the other near the main entrance
Each of the two multi-use spaces can be booked for $7.50 p/h, or $15 p/h for both.

This includes access to the standing desks/cutting tables, chairs, and tea and coffee making facilities. Hirers should bring milk etc. and contribute to the koha box for use of the tea and coffee facilities.

NB: Exclusive hall hire (with prior approval only) is the same rate as Entire Hall + Kitchen, $25 p/h
Exclusive use is ONLY allowed on Friday & Saturday nights subject to this following:
There is a $100 cleaning bond for exclusive use, to be repaid when photos of the clean space are sent to the treasurer email address.
It is the hirer’s responsibility to check the calendar for the next booking, and to ensure that the space is clean in time.
