A 25% space rental discount may be applied to each meeting space this conference will utilize if the sponsor meets two of the three following criteria:
1.) The event or conference is being hosted by a VCU Department.2.) The event or conference is open and involving current VCU Students.3.) The event or conference is a major recruitment event for Virginia Commonwealth University.
If these criteria are determined to have been met by the Campus Scheduling Services Coordinator, with Vice Provost for Finance and Administration Approval, a discount will be applied to the space rental fee only. This discount does not apply to: AV Technical support, Housekeeping, Operations personnel, VCU Police, G4 Security, catering, meal plans, or any equipment rented from an outside vendor. Those charges will be charged at the current rate listed on the Facility Use Agreement.
