GWC 25-26 Lesson Feedback Form
This form helps out the student mentors by providing your glows and grows! The form is anonymous and anyone is free to respond. All feedback is appreciated and used to improve our lessons.

For those on the leadership board:
If you attend a lesson, you will be required to fill feedback form for each person that taught. Glows and grows are required for board members. The deadline to complete this form will be at the end of the day (11:59 PM) when the lesson is taught! The feedback will be sent to the Student Mentors. We will combine your response with our glows and grows as well as those of the directors of mentorship so the presenters will receive a comprehensive slate of feedback.
