1) Communicate and behave in a friendly, positive and respectful way at all times, this includes verbal and non-verbal communication

2) Be aware of and sensitive to different cultures, attitudes, beliefs and religions

4) Report potentially abusive or negative behaviour so that it does not go unchallenged

5)  Be aware of situations which may present risks, e.g moving bikes or heavy objects and manage these accordingly

6)  Be reliable and on time.

You are applying to join Afrilanthropy's Riding the Rainbow project as Ambassador. We value your privacy and we are in legal terms considered a data controller. This means that we have the overall responsibility to process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulation, amongst other, the General Data Protection Regulation. By registering as Ambassador of the Riding the Rainbow Project, we will process your personal data. In order to do so, we need your consent. Your consent is very important to us. Without giving your consent, we will not be able to collect the information that we need and you will not be able to proceed in the Ambassador application and registration process. We will process your personal data for the following purposes: - To store the personal data, during the application process and the Riding the Rainbow Project Ambassadorship, within our and our partners system if these partners provide survey and questionnaire forms;
- To address communication regarding the Project for your country, region or domain of activity;
- To anonymize and aggregate your personal data for our research and quality assurance purposes. The personal data we will processes is primarily: Name and contact details; Date of birth; Nationality; Responses to surveys or questionnaires; and Records of our contacts. We will maintain records containing your personal information until you revoke your consent, which you can do at any time, but no longer than three years from that we collected your personal data.

In accordance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, in particular the provisions of the amended "Data Protection Act" of 6 January 1978 and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679), you have the right to access, correct, delete, oppose and limit the processing of your personal data.
