Festival Foods Shake the Lake Food Vendor Application
• Event date is June 23, 2018. Rain date is scheduled for Sunday, June 24.
• Food service will begin at 5:00 PM when the event begins and run up until the beginning of the fireworks,  approximately 10:00 PM.

• Booths must fit within a 10’x12’ space. If a larger space is required, vendors should indicate this on application.
• Booth setup will begin at 1:00 PM. All booths must be setup by 3:30 PM.
• Booth location will be pre-determined by event management. Vendors may submit location preferences but  final location will be at the discretion of management.
• Vendors must get approval of items that will be sold. Brats and ice cream will not be allowed without  approval.
• Vendors may sell beverages, but all beverages MUST be purchased from Festival Foods Shake the Lake  management and sold at a set rate. Unsold cases can be returned. No indivudals can bring own beverages  (of any kind) to sell.
• Vendors are responsible for all needed material (tents, generator, tables, table cloths, etc).
• All vendors must be in compliance with state health and fire codes. All vendors must be available for health  and fire inspections.
• All booths must look professional and attractive to customers.

• $200 Security Deposit to reserve spot, due at time application is approved. In order to receive the security deposit back, vendors must assure their space is as clean as it was when they arrived.
• $500 Booth Fee - BEFORE APRIL 1 $600 - AFTER APRIL 1
- Full payment must be received 2 weeks prior to the event.
• All vendors must provide their own propane
• Ice will be available for sale, must pre-order
• Vendors will retain all earnings from the day of the event.
