Request for Night Limit Exemption
Airbnb automatically cap entire primary residences in some cities in France. Hosts will be able to host up to 120 nights per year maximum.
However, some hosts may legally host more than 120 days in their primary residence, either if they confirm that professional or health reasons allow them to do so, or if they host exclusively under the “bail mobilité” scheme (minimum 1 month).
If the listing you host is not your primary residence, you need to update its category on Airbnb. You can state that your listing is a primary residence, a secondary residence or a non residential space.
You may use this form to provide confirmation that you are legally entitled to share your entire primary home for more than 120 days a year, which allows Airbnb to unlock your calendar for the current calendar year. Please note that the information you provide on this form may be disclosed to your city, other government bodies, regulatory or law enforcement authorities and/or courts.
In order for your listing to be considered for exemption from the 120 night limit, you must provide valid information for all required fields. Failure to do so will invalidate your request.
