This position is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and care of the grounds. The buildings and grounds are to present a good image to the public at all times and be as safe as possible. Because the Frederick County 4-H Camp and Activities Center utilizes a volunteer base, emphasis for this position is placed on the employee to be a self-starter who will take a proactive role in the grounds and maintenance duties of the camp center. This includes but not limited to the maintenance, planning needs of current and future rentals, providing quality customer service to rental clients and establishing a good rapport with rental clients.
