Prizes: An additional way to receive recognition for your organization is to donate a prize for our Conference Slam Session during the lunch program on August 14th. We ask that the value of these prizes be $50 or greater.  *

Vendor Terms
Upon submitting this application, all vendors agree to the following: 

EXHIBITS: Exhibit assembly will be on August 13th, 6:30am - 8:30am. Each booth must be ready for viewing by 8:30am. Exhibits must be staffed and remain intact from 8:30am until 4:00pm. All dismantling must be finished and all exhibit material moved from the exhibit hall by 6:00pm the same day. Exhibitor information, including booth assignments, will be emailed to all contracted exhibitors by July 15th, 2024.

CANCELLATION: No refunds will be given for cancellations within 45 days of the conference.

LIABILITY AND INSURANCE: The WI Career Readiness Summit (CRS) cannot guarantee against loss or damage of any kind. Neither the WI CRS, nor any of its representatives will be responsible for any injury, loss or damage that may occur to exhibitors or their property, prior to, during, or subsequent to the period covered by the exhibitor's contract. The hotel and the WI CRS will exercise reasonable care for the protection of the exhibitor's materials and displays. However, the exhibitor expressly releases the WI CRS, individuals, committee, conference center and agencies from any and all claims for such loss, damage or injury.
