Workday, Zoom, Pay, and other TA Issues
As a follow-up to our survey about McGill employee email accounts, we have created a more comprehensive survey. Please fill this out if you are experiencing any issues related to receiving pay, updating payroll information on Workday, signing into Workday using or emails, accessing Zoom Pro with either account, or any other technical glitches that are impacting you ability to do your job and getting paid for your work.

The union has forwarded emails and basic information from the last survey to Human Resources, but due to the volume of complaints, AGSEM does not have the capacity to follow up with everyone individually, and we have limited information from McGill about how the nature of the problems and how and when they are resolved.

Still—filling out this survey is the best way to communicate to us that you are still experiencing any related issues. You can fill this survey out multiple times to reflect any changes you are experiencing. Please fill out this form even if you have reached out to us by email or filled out our previous survey.

For ease of transferring information and fast-tracking solutions to any of the issues you are encountering, all of the information you submit in this form will be sent directly to McGill HR.
