Family Autism Network Survey
The Family Autism Network, a program under the auspices of the Grandparent Autism Network, wants to know about your experience with the Regional Center of Orange County. This survey is intended to identify if the programs and services being provided by RCOC for all disabilities are meeting the needs of the consumers they serve. The results will be used to encourage improvement in those areas.

This survey is completely confidential. Your identity will not be shared with the RCOC or any other entity. Please indicate if you are willing to be contacted for additional information by the Family Autism Network.
