Pitch an Article to AI Policy Bulletin

We welcome pitches (1-3 paragraphs) on various topics related to AI policy.

Your pitch should include a strong, clear, and evidence-based argument and enough detail that we can understand the direction of your piece. When considering pitches, we also assess your relevant expertise and track record.

A pitch that gets us excited answers:

  • What is your core argument?
  • What evidence will you use to support your argument?
  • Who is your audience, and why do they need to hear this right now?
  • What is the 'so what' for your audience? What should they do after reading your piece?
  • How does your expertise connect to this piece, from the readers’ perspective?

The primary reader of AI Policy Bulletin is a current or future decision-maker who will be in a position to influence the governance of transformative AI. As these professionals are likely to be highly attention-constrained, we are looking for succinct and engaging pieces that are between 700-1000 words long.
