At the Cambridge Sustainable Food Hub, we want to change this. We plan to establish an incubator kitchen in the Cambridge area to support small food businesses in their growth and to encourage the development of more sustainable food businesses. This would be achieved through the provision of:
- Kitchen space and equipment at affordable rents- Mentorship and training in areas that will enable a business to grow and legitimise and improve their sustainability
In order to provide the ideal space and training, this survey is being undertaken to see what barriers small food businesses face and what they would require from an incubator kitchen.
