To request a booking for the programs featured in our 2023-2024 Education Programs Brochure, please complete the following.  Priority for dates will be on a first-come, first served basis and will be processed based on date requested.  

For additional programs or teachers, please complete a separate form.

Programs are appropriate for the grade levels listed and are designed for up to 35 students and 8 adults. (None of our programs are designed for Preschool or Transitional Kindergarten classes.)
