Parents and Guardians, thank you for taking time to fill out this survey.  Your involvement in these groups and committees are Williams Elementary's next big steps to actively engaging you, our stakeholders, in our school's/district's improvement. As we work to improve for next year, we need your partnership, skills, and voice to help our kids and school rise to the next level.   We want you!   These important Williams and District level groups committees help our students in all aspects of what we do at our school and district levels.  I have added a description of these groups and committees, and their meeting times below. I am interested in participating in the

Parental Advisory End of Year Meeting - This meeting is designed to share information about our schools progress and to provide the opportunity for parents and guardians to share their appreciations and concerns of the past year.  The information gathered from this meeting will be helpful as we prepare for the 23-24 school year.  

Location:  WES Cafeterium

Time:  6:00 - 7:00 p.m.

I am interested in participating in the

Williams PTO Parent and Guardian Nights -  Beginning in the 23-24 school year, this group will meet approximately three times each semester.  The purpose of these meetings is to provide 2-way communication between our school and our parents.  Each agenda will contain information about upcoming school events, data on school progress, PTO spotlight, and an opportunity for parents and guardians to share their appreciation and concerns.  The primary purposes of these meetings will be to build school-community partnerships, to share appreciations and to share concerns for needed improvements.  Membership in the WES Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is free.  Membership is not required to participate in these meetings. 

Location:  WES Cafeterium

Times:  6:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Williams Watch D.O.G.S. - WATCH D.O.G.S. ® (Dads Of Great Students) is a family and community engagement educational initiative. There are 2 primary goals of the WATCH D.O.G.S. ® program.  To provide positive male role models for the students, demonstrating by their presence that education is important.  To provide extra sets of eyes and ears to enhance school security and reduce bullying. This program is already in existence at Riddle Elementary School.  We are proud to join the ranks at Williams!
