Wave Farm’s WGXC 90.7-FM: Program Application
Wave Farm's WGXC 90.7-FM is a creative community radio station based in New York’s Greene and Columbia counties. Hands-on access and participation activate WGXC as a public platform for information, experimentation, and engagement. WGXC serves more than 78,000 potential listeners on 90.7-FM and international listeners at wgxc.org. WGXC studios are located in Hudson (Columbia County) and Acra (Greene County), at present the WGXC Satellite Studio operates out of the Catskill Public Library (Greene County.)

Program applications are accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis. There are many ways to be on the air – submit a proposal for a weekly or monthly program, be a guest music DJ, host a morning or afternoon show, or submit your own radio features, segments, series, performances, plays for broadcast consideration. No previous radio experience is necessary, and all ages are encouraged to apply. WGXC Volunteer Programmers who live or work in the FM coverage area are required to contribute a minimum of six volunteer hours to the station annually.
