JCYF Teacher Reimbursement Program
From December 1st to December 31st, 2016 the JCYF will be accepting reimbursement requests for expenses teachers incurred when they purchased student school supplies out of their own pocket.
Please complete the fields below and email to
copies of your receipts dated Aug 1st to October 31, 2016 as well as a simple note from your principal with signature approving the submission. Alternatively, you can mail your receipts and principal note to the following address:
