2017 Indiana Emergency Response Conference - Request for Proposals
The Indiana Emergency Response Conference (IERC) is planning to bring together leading experts in all facets of Fire, EMS, Law Enforcement, and Emergency Management industries.

Speaking proposals are now being accepted for the 2017 IERC, which will take place September 20 - 23, 2017 at the Sheraton-Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing.

Interested candidates are asked to submit outlines of your proposal topics by March 15, 2017 to be considered by the Conference Committee. Please forward this link to others that may have an excellent class to present! Any questions can be addressed to Megan Thiele,, 317-371-5259.

Benefits of Presenting: The IERC appreciates the value of each presenter's expertise, background, and experience that is brought to the conference. The IERC offers the following benefits to selected presenters.

* Complimentary full-conference registration for the entire conference (September 20 - 23, 2017) including access all sessions, meals, exhibitor hall.

* Complimentary bag and materials

* In general, overnight room accommodations are not provided. However, depending on your distance (>50 miles) and when you are scheduled to speak, we may be willing under certain circumstances to provide an overnight room. Please indicate on your form. To be considered by the committee, hotel and other special requests are due no later than 30 days after speaking invitation notifications.

Length of the Presentations - Presentations are typically 1 hour long. Special cases can be considered with committee approval (additional 30 min or hour increments or all day courses). Please note this request in the special request section of this form). In addition, this year we will be offering 20 minute "mini" sessions. These 20 minute mini sessions will be combined together with 3 speakers to produce a 1 hour time slot on a similar topic that will give the attendee three different perspectives or knowledge on the subject.
