Create a Ticketed Event (Yale College Arts)
This form is for Yale College performance events with free or paid ticketing.

Submitting this form will generate an EventBrite ticketing page. Events not requiring ticketing, or using a separate paid ticketing system, may be submitted directly to the Arts Calendar using this form: https://yale.bwcs-hosting.com/eventsubmit/event/showAddEvent.rdo

Your event will go live on the Arts Calendar and EventBrite within 3 weekdays of your submitting this form. Tickets will be released on a date you specify using this form (please keep in mind that tickets must be released a minimum of 7 days prior to the performance). You will receive an emailed link to your ticketing site which you can include on your Yale Drama Coalition web page, on Facebook, and in any other advertising.

To include an image with your event, please email a link or file to ycarts@yale.edu with the title of your event as the subject line. We recommend using at least a 2160x1080px (2:1 ratio) image that's no larger than 10MB.

Want to make a change to your event after submitting this form? No problem.
