Complete this form to apply for a full or partial dues scholarship during the 2024-2025 season of the Mile High Freedom Bands.

Scholarship applications are reviewed by the Scholarship Committee based on current and past participation with MHFB, scholarship need, and availability of scholarship funds. Applicants are notified of scholarship decisions within 10 business days of application.

We request that scholarship recipients perform volunteer service in exchange for scholarship grants. You are allowed to have someone volunteer on your behalf as long as it is approved by the Scholarship Committee. Volunteer activities can include both donations of items or volunteer time.
