Membership Sales Associate - Job Description
Job Summary
It is the purpose of the Membership Sales Associate, through sales and retention strategies, to increase membership within Omni Fight Club.

Essential Functions
-Meeting all key performance sales indicators specific to Omni Fight Club.
-Generate sales leads through interaction within LA Fitness
-Convert leads to members through promotion of the studio and its program
-Generate sales from outside LA Fitness through social media outreach as well as connection to local businesses and community groups.
-Ability to learn and use Daktrak software system
-Reporting and follow-up on Cancellations and Retention

General Requirements
-Ability to work independently and collaborate with Omni Fight Club team
-Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
-Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Contribute to the social media presence across platforms
-Participation in special events
-Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment
-Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the phone and via email
-Conduct oneself at all times in a manner of professionalism that aligns with the values, philosophies and standards of Omni Fight Club policies
-Participate in 2-3 OFC workouts/week
-Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
-At least 1 year of sales/customer service experience
-Proficiency with Daktrak or similar membership management software
-Affinity and passion for fitness
-Solid writing and grammar skills
-Must be at least 18 years old

Working Conditions
-The working conditions are those of a fitness club
-Must enjoy high paced, high energy environment
-Physical Requirements: must be able to lift 25 lb
-Must be able to work variable hours and some weekends
