AMI-X Meal Service Survey
Please complete this survey to assist our food service staff in preparing meals for each delivery site. We will provide breakfast and lunch. Parents or students will need to pick up meals at one of the site locations. We will not deliver to your homes at this time. These meals are for any child ages 1-18 in our school district.
Meal Pick Up Time is between 11:00 - 12:00 each day.
Meals for Tuesday, November 17 -Friday, November 20 are for those students going remotely (JH/HS) since the elementary students will have meals at school. Meals will be provided to ALL students on November 23 and November 24.
Only complete this survey, if you want to have food service during remote learning.
