Have you submitted a CORI to the Duxbury Public School System? Parents/guardians must have a current CORI form on file with Duxbury Public Schools to be eligible to volunteer at Alden School. CORI forms must be submitted in person at the Alden Main Office (or another Duxbury Public School's main office) along with a valid driver's license. A state agency is responsible for reviewing and approving CORI forms. Once approved by the state, an individual's CORI clearance is valid for THREE YEARS, at the end of which time, another CORI form must be submitted and approved. A CORI completed for sports or other activities does not apply to Duxbury Public Schools. You will be contacted if your CORI has expired or is not on file.

Have you completed the Volunteer Orientation at Duxbury Public Schools? Volunteer Orientation must be completed ONCE per lifetime. Parents/guardians that are unsure or have not completed the Volunteer Orientation can access the link to request an online orientation on the "Volunteer at Alden School" page on www.aldenpta.org. Class parents will follow up with parents with a No/Not Sure answer to assist with this requirement.
