LWC Signature Program Eligibility
Individuals who have demonstrated leadership, are leaders with spheres of influence within and outside of their organizations, have demonstrated a commitment to the Southwestern region and are willing to invest their time in the LWC program are invited to apply.

LWC Signature Sessions
Sessions are typically held on the second Tuesday of each month, September through June from 8 AM-5 PM.
Thought leaders from across the community are engaged in the planning and delivery of the sessions.
Each session focuses on our Signature Model- Leading Self, Leading Others and Leading the Communities.
Commitment Statement: To successfully complete the program, my employer and I understand that 100% participation in all sessions and activities of the LWC Leadership Program is expected. If a participant fails to attend two or more sessions/activities, they will not graduate with their class. This commitment includes attendance at one monthly session starting in September and continuing through June, as well as the Welcome Reception and Graduation Ceremony. LWC participants will engage in a Community Class Project that will require planning time outside of LWC sessions. The time spent outside of the sessions will depend on the project's scope and the participants themselves.
