Mutual Aid Louisville
We are building a network of people who can support their neighbors through mutual aid in Louisville, Kentucky.

Big thanks to the folks in Central Ohio who are building a similar network and developed this form, which folks in Lexington built, and we then borrowed and modified in Louisville. We are focused on the Louisville area but if you are from outside Louisville, we will do our best to connect you with resources in your area.

This form has three pages, and will ask you:
1) Contact information
2) What help will you need? (You can leave blank anything that is not applicable)
3) What help can you give? (Again, you can leave blank anything that is not applicable)

If you have a need we will do our best to match you up with someone who has that resource or skill.

If you have a resource or skill, we will do our best to match you up with someone who has that need.

In general, practicing physical distancing & social solidarity is a practice that can help support those populations most vulnerable to Covid-19. Washing your hands, sanitizing and best hygiene practices are recommended, as always. Please reach out to avalon.richna@gmail.com if you have any questions or asks.
