GREETINGS ! ^_^ I recently completed Reiki levels 1 & 2 and I am now a certified Reiki practitioner.

It is an infinitely intelligent energy that we all possess. this energy lives within us, therefore we are always healing - when practicing reiki, we focus our energy on this healing and we allow it to flow freely to aid in this naturally occurring process. Reiki is healing ~ intention focused healing. I, as the practitioner, will be directly connected to the divine, to the universal energy and sending it directly to you. It is a warm, loving experience.

~~How does it happen @ a distance? : Energy transcends space and time, all it requires is belief and faith. I will be completely focused on you and sending you this energy and thought is the most powerful thing in the world. Thoughts can do anything. ~~Reiki and Chakras: In short, Chakras are known to be the main energy points that flow through the middle of your body. They are basically energy points at which left and right meet. From here, much of our energy is stored. When one becomes blocked, it can affect the others. There are 7 main chakras, each one contributes to our energetic ecosystem and should be treated with care and frequently "unclogged". To do this we must release and surrender so we can allow the healing energy of the universal life force to flow through us. Simply put Reiki helps to "unclog" these energy points so the energy within you can flow in harmony with that of the cosmos. ~~
