    APPLICATION TIMING Send in your contract now! Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first served basis. CONFIRMATION AND FURTHER INFORMATION Receipt of your contract will be confirmed via email (phone call and/or text if no email address is provided). Once your contract has been processed and booth spaces are assigned you will receive any other relevant information via e-mail, phone call, “and/or” text for those individual that do not have access to e-mail. NOTE TO VENDORS - All vendors are asked to educate on the service and or product that you are marketing. - All exhibit space must be set-up by 9:00 a.m. - The approved vendor will occupy his/her booth at all times. - No subletting or sharing of space will be permitted. - All materials are to be disposed of appropriately; either in on-site trash receptacles, or removed by each vendor to be disposed of off-site. ALL RULES WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. Failure to comply with the rules as outlined above, expressed by Event Staff or unruly behavior (including intoxication, verbal abuse etc.) by the vendor or any assistants may be grounds for immediate expulsion from the event and will eliminate vendor from any future events. CANCELLATION POLICY Send cancellations in writing to info@accessorganization.org. Cancellations received 2 weeks prior to the event date will be refunded full deposit, less a $20 cancellation fee.
