2019 Club 7s Team Enrollment Form

Since 2018, all teams competing in Club 7s qualifiers are required to enroll using this form. Teams must also follow all USA Rugby general registration and eligibility policies, as well as follow all policies related to 7s teams. Clubs must be registered with USA Rugby no later than June 15, and all players must be registered with or transferred to teams participating in qualifiers no later than (i) playing in any Qualifying Tournament and (ii) July 1. THIS FORM DOES NOT TAKE THE PLACE OF REGISTERING YOUR CLUB WITH USA RUGBY.

Please note that USA Rugby honors transfer requests begun before July 1, 2019 at 11:59 pm Mountain Time as satisfying the rule to transfer by that date, *however* players MUST be on your roster before stepping onto the field at a qualifying event or the national championship. A player that begins his/her transfer is not eligible to compete unless their name is 'current' to your club's roster. A formal transfer must be completed before your player(s) is eligible. If a player(s) requires a waiver of eligibility, that player(s) must receive have their waiver in hand before stepping onto the field at an event.
