Yoga Retreat – Todos Santos, Mexico November 2021 WITH TAYLOR WHITE MOFFITT: Due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19, government imposed lockdowns and travel restrictions, we strongly encourage retreat participants to purchase travel insurance to protect themselves in case of cancellations. Taylor White Moffitt is not responsible for reimbursement for travel related to the retreat if a forced cancellation occurs. COSTS for Todos Santos, Mexico Retreat: $2,350 per person/double occupancy /if you share with a friend 2. $3,100 per person single occupancy. Price INCLUDES five nights accommodations, breakfast, lunch & dinner daily (excluding arrival and departure days where one meal will be served), all yoga, meditation and workshop sessions.
 Price DOES NOT include airfare, airport transfers, additional food and beverages/tips, or spa/adventure services. Please make checks payable to: Taylor White Moffitt. $1,000 is required at the time of reservation. Final and full payment due September 1, 2021. You will receive your retreat confirmation update with additional information needed for trip preparation prior to your departure. Travel and Flight Information: Please book your flights to and from Los Cabos (SJD) International Airport to correspond with start and end dates of retreat (11/7 arrive by 2:30pm – 11/12 depart after 10am). We will be arranging your incoming and outgoing transfers. Be sure to email your flight information to help us schedule your airport pickup time. Final booking of your flight is not necessary before retreat registration. You must bring your valid passport to enter Mexico and return. All guests are responsible for proof of citizenship documents. Note: Your passport must have at least six months remaining before expiration to be valid. Cancellation Policy Definitions: Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so again please consider purchasing travel cancellation insurance. Travel Cancellation Insurance: Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance through your travel agent, or visit the following website to compare insurers: hbp://www.insuremytrip.com. If you cancel your retreat we do not offer refunds for any reason. We will gladly transfer your credit to another guest. Depending on when you cancel, cancellation fees may apply. Fees are determined by the following schedule: If you cancel 90 days before your retreat start date, 100% of your payment may be applied to another retreat. If you cancel less than 90 days before your retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire payment. Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury, or personal emergencies. We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early. If we cancel or change your retreat, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payments to us. Taylor White Moffitt is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip. Taylor White Moffitt reserves the right to cancel a retreat due to low participation.
