Upon submitting the form the licence is immediately granted on the following conditions - You must not be banned from ESA - We must have published the VOD you wish to use either to Twitch as a highlight and/or YouTube - You may only upload the video to your own channel, not to one of another content provider (for example content accumulators such as IGN)

- You must be the runner, not a commentator
