[ASUC] Elections Council 2019 Application

In brief, each job consists of the following:
Assistant Elections Council Chair - helps the Council Chair with different administrative tasks and creates the ballot for the student body to use
Elections Prosecutor - assesses and pursues charges against candidates when they violate bylaws
Elections Auditor - verifies that all candidates and parties are spending within the imposed campaign finance limits
