IU Growing People-Centred Systems - Expression of Interest 
Our Growing People-Centred Systems (GPCS) framework describes how we transform systems and achieve our impact at Innovation Unit, and it is grounded in three building blocks: 

  1. Start with culture - we help to refresh purpose and nurture relational ways of working between people

  2. Realise agency - we unlock the potential of people as a vital source of energy and insight in a system

  3. Grow power - we redesign the governance and accountability through which power flows in a system to be equitable, and aligned with purpose.

Our framework is a work in progress.
