2. If volunteers between the ages of 14 and 17 attend the activity without parents' or guardians' supervision, they must have their parents' or guardians' approval to join the activity alone and to use the money collection bag. 

3. Children below the age of 14 must attend with a parent or guardian over the age of 18 and share a money collection bag.
