Baja SAE Ohio 2023
To support the Baja SAE Ohio event participants, Honda is donating a portion of the daily meals and an event t-shirt costs. Honda is offering five meals/1 lunch per day and an event t-shirt for a cost-effective total of $25 per person. To eliminate waste, please provide exactly the correct number of meals & t-shirt sizes you will need for your team. We plan to have no onsite ticket sales for meals to ensure we spend money efficiently. Please note that this rural location has limited access to local restaurants/convenience stores. 

Please have one person per team submit this form by August 13th, 2023; the earlier you can send the information the better. Please complete all 4 sections to this survey so that we can ensure order accuracy and quantity. 
All teams will then be emailed an invoice to be paid by PayPal by August 18th.
